5 secrets to improve your monthly palfish income

hey what's up everybody out there on

YouTube my name is Camden and today's

video is really going to kind of just

settle the score for everything okay

what I mean is why are there some

teachers that are like top ranked

teachers but they have very few

following or they don't really have

group lessons or they really don't have

live shows going or even if they do it's

not that active it's not very consistent

well I'm here to tell you guys today

that the key to your success is not

being focused about being the top one

two or three teacher it's not about

being the top ranked teacher those

things are great and it's a good

indication of your hard work and your

performance however if you as an

official teacher or as a teacher in

general all of a sudden your classes

were no more what would you have you

would only be connected to those

students from that class or from that

lesson but if you have been creating

value through your videos through your

group chat through the live show and

group lessons people will know you

people will remember you and it goes way

beyond the classroom and that is why

I've been able to build up now over

11,000 followers so this video I just

really want to emphasize a few things if

you are not using the group or the group

chat then you're really missing out I

really wish I would have done this so

much sooner

it took me eight months almost the whole

year really to kind of get down on the

group chat and so anyway as I mentioned

in a previous video one of the directors

of PAL fish told me to create a group

chat specifically for those who are

coming to live shows because it was

becoming consistent and they were paying

so as soon as I made that group chat I

started to become more active I started

to learn more about people but if

nothing really took off until a few

months ago a few months ago

I just started to create these slides

daily English with Camden and on these

slides can be a question like do you

agree that students should take college

examinations you know to go to a good

school something like that or what do

you think is the future of China are

they going to have more freedom on the

internet or are things always going to

be controlled

you know topics like that they get to

get the people thinking these are

interesting stuff people like to talk

about these things don't be too

controversial though you know you don't

want to go in there and start blasting

stuff like I talked about vegan food and

I talked about like not eating meat

which if I started out like that it

probably would not be so successful I

waited until my influence was large

enough and my message was positive

enough to go out there and dish a video

out and talk about topics that I'm very

passionate about and people are cool

people respect it when you're first

starting out though you've got to do so

many live shows for free if you got one

person to come to five shows you should

be happy I'm really serious if you had

30 people or ten people who come to a

live show you need to act on that you've

got to take those people from watching

your show to getting into the group chat

and even if they don't have classes look

you got to get this through your head I

have two group chats and I spend at

least at least one hour a day with with

all that interaction sometimes it can be

a lot more when I'm doing English

assignments and getting back to them

their feedback and stuff maybe have 30

people who submit their English

assignments in the group chat maybe five

have class with me okay that just gives

you an indication twenty-five people are

expecting me to do that for free all the

time I'm serious now that's something

that a lot of people perhaps are not

willing to do and they'll say oh I have

16 classes and I have too many classes I

can't do it

well everybody has their own

choice and with my choices that I've

made I've been able to separate myself

from the other teachers so a lot of the

teachers out there are great with

teaching kids but they are not so great

with retaining people on live shows and

having group lessons every day I have

sometimes two group lessons a day and

they will sell out not every single time

but most of the time I have two full

group lessons in a row for one straight

hour there's no one else I've seen do

that like consistently back-to-back four

weeks in a row and it's because I'm I'm

providing so much value for free that

people are willing to support me and as

soon as my numbers go up with the group

lessons it's just going to keep

expanding my reputation on the whole

platform so this video is for all the

deep divers out there on pal fish for

people who are not just trying to find

the quick answer the quick fix or the

fast solution you know there are fast

solutions out there create a group chat

takes you less than five minutes start

finding some people that you have common

interests with and started inviting them

into your group chat don't just say hey

join my group chat you know like say

hello Jessica

you know I have a new group chat and it

can help you improve your English it's

for free and if you want to improve you

can practice with me every day

I had templates I was doing this a year

ago I don't know about everybody else I

know some people do templates now but I

was creating these templates and I would

send them out to so many people every

single day after live shows stay up to

two o'clock in the morning doing these

messages for people because I knew that

it was building up my karma I knew that

people really truly understood that I

cared deeply because at one time a lot

of people did say hey cam then you're

just teaching a lot of kids you know and

I realized that when you're just

teaching a lot of kids I think this is

one of the reasons why a lot of the

other teachers out there the top 20

teachers both ranking and on the

officials so unofficial teachers top 20

and the official top 20 no one's doing

live shows regular

no one's doing video moments on the

regular no one's doing putting group

lesson live show and video moments

together those three nobody's doing it

there's some people may be posting a

little bit here and there and this is

motivation for me to keep going with

what I'm doing as well and to motivate

you guys out there so you really truly

see that you know when you get on POW

fish you're gonna have to put in the

time it's not gonna just happen

overnight it's not gonna happen in one

month you know it took a long time to

get me to here so that I could share

these kind of and this kind of

information with you guys so you know

you don't have to make the same mistakes

that I made or you can kind of speed up

the process and you kind of know exactly

what to do and how to pull people into

your life but you need to find people

with common interest like if for example

I'll be honest with you this is totally

real as a vegan and from my experience

if I am going to if someone followed me

I usually go to their profile check it

out and try to see if there's something

like a frequency of vibration kind of

pulled into and like wow okay maybe

we're on the same vibration and those

usually are my best students or my best

followers in the group chat and the most

active but if I go to their page and I

see like tons of steak and tons of meat

and just things that are not in my world

it's okay I can move one they followed

me I can be thankful for that have

gratitude and if they ask me a question

I can help them but I'm not going to

actively seek out those people anymore

because I'm gonna actively seek out the

people who have the most in common with

why there's over a billion people in

China there's thousands of people coming

to pal fish more and more every day so

your opportunities are endless so it's

really important if you like engineering

you should focus some stuff on

engineering but overall you've got to

have something to pull people in so I

think that the best way to sum this up

is to maximize your monthly income on

pal fish you have got to do certain

things like number one you've got to

create the group chat number two inside

the group chat you've got to create a

Symonds you can create a slide you can

ask a simple question you could ask a

debate question you can ask a who what

where when why question I'm not gonna

give you everything but just make a

slide have a title ask the question and

then say the deadline is tonight at 10

p.m. or the deadline is tomorrow at 10

p.m. so that's secret number one create

your group and secret number two is to

create assignments at least three each

week to keep people motivated and to

keep your momentum going and number

three is when you get the submissions

from the people in the group chat at the

end of the day go in and tag every

single person and give them a little bit

of feedback and then when you're a live

show you could take this is it I'm

giving up my biggest secret this is

secret number four I think this is the

biggest one I take the submissions from

my group chat and the assignments and I

use that as material from my live show

so before I was creating all the live

show content and that was getting so

difficult because I was running out of

ideas and as soon as I did the

assignments I had all the content that I

need I never even need to think about

preparing for a live show I don't

prepare for live shows any more at all

period I just use what my audience what

my group chat is giving me and that

leads me to number five if you want to

truly be successful and make money on

pal fish long term and to really build a

following you have got to interact not

only in the group chat but outside the

group chat you have got to make people

feel like they are a part of your life

that you are a part of their life you

have got to get their attention every

day and you can't do it in ways that are

gonna come off distasteful you're gonna

make mistakes it's okay experiment but

the Chinese people are not American

people they're not Canadians they like

things their way so it's gonna take you

time to understand the Chinese people I

can't sell you everything because this

is my experience you're gonna have a

different experience
