and so on and so forth you will find

in this video we are mostly going to

focus on reviewing their support

jobs that pays you roughly from 10

dollars to 16 dollars per hour

i do not work for arise and i'm not

receive any money from them i simply

want to show

you different ways how you can make

than arise that hire

all the time employees from home but let

me explain now how working from home

for arise works and especially we are

going to focus on customer support

jobs so in a nutshell it works that

arise is a middleman and then

you are here as an independent

contractor and then

here is your client so you will be

working with this client

and arise is simply a middleman that is

connecting you

with their clients so arise provides the

platform and all the connections and

tools and all these kind of things but

essentially you will be working with a

client arise as many big companies

as client and they will be connecting

them with you

and of course you need to check out the

details of those companies

before you start working from them

because i have heard

stories of people who were connected

with

arise and then to another company and

they didn't get paid for all of the work

they did i will show you

some details later but an important

thing to keep in mind is that when you

work for a rice you will not work as an

employee so you will not get all those

employee benefits like

paid holidays or paid training all these

kind of things because you will be

working as an

independent contractor and by the way

this is pretty typical for this kind of

workflow opportunities

many many other companies are doing the

same there are some customer support

jobs that you can get where you will be

working as an employee

but you can find them on my other video

as i mentioned earlier

when you start working for those

companies as an independent contractor

you obviously need to go through the

training but you will not get paid

during the training of course it depends

on each company but sometimes

you may even need to pay for the

training so you need to keep that in

mind

or you will not get money during that

time so you need to have some income

streams unless you have some savings to

support your family and all the people

that you need to support

because in the beginning you will not be

receiving money

and of course the salary on a rise it's

not huge it's approximately

10 to 16 dollars per hour and then of

course you need to do all the paperwork

if you create your own company and you

operate as an independent contractor but

many people say that you can make a

living

by working for a rice especially if you

are living in areas where the cost of

living is not so high

so your living expenses are lower and

you don't need to earn so much money

in order to cover all the living cost

and also get some extra money for other

fun stuff that you want to use

anyways the first step when you start is

to go through the training for the

companies

then you will start taking the course

then you will start doing the work and

essentially you will be doing this on

your own

of course there are people that you may

ask but you may not want to back them

all the time so you need to make sure

that when you go through the training

you really take notes you really pay

attention

because you will be working from home

you are not in an

office so usually when you are working

in an office with other people you have

somebody next to you let's say a

supervisor or somebody you

can ask questions but when you work from

home you are mostly working on your own

of course that brings some benefits but

it also brings some

responsibilities one interesting thing

about

rice is that when you go to their

website to some of their pages

they have this big red button saying

that

be your own boss and that sounds

wonderful for many people

be your own boss decide your schedule do

all these things

but it's interesting that even though

they say you can be your own boss there

are a lot of responsibilities

from your side to arise and it's not

like you can decide you will do this and

this and this they will tell you a lot

of things that you will need to do and

they will monitor your work if you don't

do your work well

then they will basically fire you so i

don't know about this be your own boss

as you have learned on my channel there

are many many ways how you can be your

own boss you can make

money online deciding when to work where

to work and what kind of work to do and

nobody is monitoring your work

if you want to learn the best way to

make money like that and really be your

own boss because

in my personal opinion you will not be

your own boss and arise

you will be an independent contractor

and they will be monitoring your work

and you need to work within specific

times so let's talk about that they say

that you can make your own schedule and

that is completely true

but there is something important to keep

in mind you cannot say for example okay

i will work at the two o'clock

during the night or three o'clock during

the night oftentimes companies have some

schedules that you need to choose from

they say for example you can choose to

work between

2 p.m and 10 p.m and then you can choose

the hours that you will be working but

you cannot

decide completely when the work they

have some time frame when you can decide

to work and then of course you need to

schedule your own breaks

and by the way when you take breaks you

will not get paid for that unlike

as an employee in many companies you

cannot get paid for taking breaks

so of course all of these things they

will require some discipline and

responsibility from your side

and you need to make sure to plan your

days very well in order to avoid all the

confusion and everything and plan your

weeks one

interesting thing about eric is that you

need to pay a 20

recurring fee every single time when you

get some money you get some

salary so this is pretty interesting

usually when you are making money from

home and you are following

the strategies that i show you on my

channel when you want to cast out money

you simply cast out there are no this

kind of fees but on a rise you need to

pay

20 dollar recurring fee so i don't

really understand why they require it

they say that it's some platform fee or

something like that

but i think it would be much better for

them if they wouldn't require this fee

because many people don't like this like

20 dollar fee

all the time now i will read for you one

negative and one positive review from

cluster

about arise let's start with the

negative review somebody says here from

march 2019

i did not get paid i worked at the rice

for less than a year

they say that the positive thing is work

from home and make your own schedule

but i did not receive my last paycheck

from the ibo i was under when i

complained to arise

they showed no empathy said it was not

the problem

and deactivated my account that sounds

pretty bad and arise has responded thank

you for taking the time to provide your

feedback based on your comments it

appears you are working for a small call

center company that leverages the rise

platform as i told you arise platform is

like a connector like a middleman

between independent contractors and

those companies that work with those

contractors so every company registered

on the rise platform

is different and arise encourages all

agents to do their due diligence and

background research before joining any

company

these companies are in no way affiliated

with or controlled by arise

that being said we are definitely

concerned when we hear complaints from

agents and can assure you that we

take them seriously anyways this sounds

pretty

bad somebody didn't get paid for doing

the work and i have also read some

other similar reviews so you need to be

very careful if you connect with some

companies through the roi's platform to

make sure that you will get paid

of course if you are working for some

really big company then you can be like

almost 100 sure to get paid

but if you are working for small

companies be really careful

then another person says here great for

part time i have been working for

a rise for more than a year you can

choose your own hours your work from

home office

different clients to work for so those

are the pros but he says some clients

have more agents than hours so you have

to fight for

hours sometimes you pay for your

training and still have to pass the

class to work

you do not get your own money back the

company knows agents want

more chat jobs over phone jobs so when

they become open

you play twice as much for the training

so okay

this was a positive review but he also

said something negative about

arise therefore i think that when you

watch my video

45 companies that are always hiring for

work from home jobs you will find

companies that are much better than

arise and then you can start

working from home but of course i'm not

saying that you shouldn't

start with a rice you can go with their

website you can start with them you can

start earning money and many people say

it's around

10 to 16 dollars per hour you can try it

out
