going to show you some tips and tricks

on how you can make money on transcribe

me so transcribe me is a transcription

service where people can go and upload

their video or audio to have it

transcribed into actual text and the way

we can make money off of this is by

actually going to transcribeme.com and

then you want to go to where you see

jobs at the top right and transcribe me

actually can pay you to transcribe

videos on their website so basically as

we can see here it says get paid working

from home join the transcribe me

professional crowd and start working on

projects and making money so basically

the way this works is you're gonna see a

list of videos you can select whatever

video you want and basically all you

have to do is type in what is being said

in that video so as you can see right

here they pay 15 to 22 us dollars per

audio hour with top monthly earnings at

2 200 per month and the best part about

this is that you have completely

flexible hours so similar to like uber

lyft doordash you can basically work

whenever you want there's no restriction

in when you have to work you can choose

your hours that you want to work a week

you can choose when you want to work a

week so you can choose to do this as

just like maybe a side hustle or you can

do this full time if you really want and

it's super super simple to do so

basically in order to actually apply you

have to be at least 18 or older you're

going to need a computer and you're

going to need internet access and you

don't need any special required

equipment as it says here no special

equipment or program is required to join

all you need is a computer or a laptop

with a chrome browser and stable

internet connection and basically to

transcribe on transcribe me basically

you use their online work hub it's like

a work platform dashboard kind of thing

you can see the amount of videos that

you can choose from and you can choose

what videos you want to transcribe and

videos can range anywhere from like a

couple minutes they could range up to an

hour and depending on how many minutes

of audio you transcribe you can get paid

fifteen dollars eighteen dollars or even

more it all depends on how long the

transcribed the video is and some videos

pay out more than others now there is an

exam that you have to take in order to

get into transcribing and it's just a

simple exam that just verifies that you

know how to speak basic english and that

you know basic grammar and they say you

can do the exam in one sitting you will

likely need three hours give or take to

complete the exam and you don't have to

complete the exam all in one sitting you

can start it and then come back to it

later so don't worry if you have a tight

schedule you can just kind of chip away

at this over time you don't have to do

it all in one sitting but after you get

accepted you are required to do at least

one job within a 30-day period if you

don't do a job within a 30-day period

they can deactivate your account so you

need to at least make sure that you're

doing at least one thing a month in

order to keep your account active and

honestly doing one thing a month is

really not bad plus you're getting paid

for it so the whole idea is to go here

and to get paid for doing transcriptions

so this shouldn't really be an issue for

anybody but it's just something to keep

in mind if you don't do a transcription

in the first 30 days they can deactivate

your account so if you're questioning

how long jobs are typically they can

average from two to four minutes in

length but some can be as long as eight

minutes so typically most jobs on the

platform are gonna range from two to

four minutes some can be as long as

eight minutes typically so the bulk of

your stuff is gonna be anywhere from two

to eight minutes it's not going to be

that long so that's going to allow you

to get multiple jobs done within an hour

which means if you just sit down for a

couple hours and just pump out these

jobs one after another you can make some

pretty decent income definitely more

than you would be at a minimum wage job

for sure but it just all depends on how

much work you want to put into it and if

you're wondering how they actually pay

you out they pay you out through paypal

so you're gonna need to have a paypal

account in order to receive payments on

transcribe me as they are only going to

send out payments through paypal they

don't have any other system to send out

money so just make sure that when you're

signing up for this that you also have a

paypal account so to reiterate the way

this process works is you're gonna have

a ton of different transcription jobs

available on your transcribe me

dashboard and basically you select a job

and you basically transcribe the video

or audio into actual text and transcribe

me will pay you based on the amount of

minutes of transcribed audio you do so

basically you're gonna be making the

amount of money equivalent to the amount

of work that you decide to put into this

but if you put in the work this could be

a great side hustle that can easily make

you a hundred dollars a day if you just

put in the work and put in the hours to

do so but anyway that is how you can
